• We interrupt our regular program…

Dr. Norman Doidge, professor of psychiatry at the University of Toronto, has identified among the telltale symptoms of fanatics: an intolerance of dissent, a doctrine that is riddled with contradictions, the belief that one’s cause has been blessed or even commanded by God, and the use of reinforcement techniques such as repetition to spread one’s message.

    Sound like anyone you know?

Hi Big Brother & Sister (i.l.),

You call this a regular program?
I write almost as much comments as you put entries on this site !!!
By the way… I went to a place called ‘the container park’ in Kleine-Spouwen (You know the village where you once used to live in Belgium) and guess what ?
There was a sign ‘Plastieken zakken (toeten)’. For the readers who are not familiar with the barbarian language of the belgian people I will translate : ‘Plastic bags (hoot)’. I kept hooting untill someone came to me and asked in a most ungently way if I had a problem. How could I know that ‘toeten’ was the local word for bags.
If you enjoyed my entry more than the one you saw abouve this comment, please feel free to mention in a new comment. I am a regular visitor…
p.s. ‘container park’ = place where you can bring you garbage.
I will be back after 3 weeks or so…!
      Little Brother.
